I had always wanted to learn stain glass and a few years ago now I got an idea to create a blue heron sculpture for my mom’s birthday mounted on drift wood from my family home. I took a course at a local artist shop “the Glass Act” and absolutely fell in love! Glass perfect craft to partner with metalwork. Now I am lucky to create and teach basic glass courses locally so look out for upcoming workshops!
